Pleasant Beach Village

Fairbank Construction is proud to have served as the builder for Pleasant Beach Village, a thoughtfully planned, mixed-use coastal destination on Bainbridge Island. Our work included the construction of the 23-room Inn at Pleasant Beach, the Manor House event venue, residential apartments, and a variety of commercial spaces—restaurants, retail, and wellness studios.

Built in phases, each structure reflects a shared architectural vision with enduring materials, fine craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Site infrastructure and amenities—including a swim club, fitness center, and public gathering areas—were carefully integrated to support a walkable, village-style experience. Pleasant Beach Village is a strong example of our commitment to creating lasting, community-focused places.
