Wing Point Clubhouse

We completed a phased renovation of the Wing Point clubhouse, including a 1,200 sq ft addition featuring a new bar and lounge with expansive course views. Inside, we refreshed finishes, improved lighting, and reconfigured spaces for better flow and functionality. We also upgraded core systems—HVAC, electrical, and plumbing—and developed plans for a pro shop expansion and a new maintenance building. The result is a modernized clubhouse that blends seamlessly with its surroundings while enhancing the member experience.
